The Amazfit Balance series is going all-in on what the company calls hybrid training. Amazfit just launched three new watches – the Balance 3, a Balance 3 Titanium, and the flagship Balance Ultra – all built around mixing strength, endurance and recovery in one system.

The pitch is that most trackers fixate on a single type of workout. Amazfit instead wants to score your strength sessions, endurance work, recovery and daily stress together, then guide your training through the Zepp app.

Amazfit Balance Ultra is the flagship

The Balance Ultra sits at the top at $599.99. It uses a Grade 5 titanium body, a 1.5-inch AMOLED screen with sapphire glass, and brightness up to 3,000 nits. Battery life is the headline, at up to 30 days.

It is clearly aimed at serious athletes. The Ultra adds dual-band GPS, six-satellite positioning, offline maps with route guidance, and exclusive HYROX Race and Simulation modes. Amazfit is also the official wearable partner of HYROX, so that tie-in runs deep.

Balance 3 covers the mainstream

The Balance 3 is the volume model. Its stainless steel version costs $369.99, while a lighter titanium edition arrives soon for $449.99. Both share a 1.5-inch sapphire AMOLED display and up to 21 days of battery.

You still get most of the training smarts. The Balance 3 brings HYROX Race Mode, 25 auto-recognized strength exercises, more than 180 workout modes, and water resistance down to 45 meters for diving.

Pricing and availability

The Balance 3 Stainless Steel and Balance Ultra are available now, both from June 2, direct from Amazfit. The Balance 3 Titanium is listed as coming soon.

The Amazfit Balance series is betting that long battery life plus a single training score will stand out in a crowded field. Related: Xiaomi is chasing the same multi-week battery pitch with the Watch S5.
